Every month the team at the Hub rescues over 60 tonnes of surplus food that would otherwise go to waste

That’s the equivalent of 24 food hub vans

Enough to provide around 140,000 meals

Most of this is fresh food – around 60% is fruit & vegetables

The Hub also redistributes non-perishable food & household essentials to those in need

Supplies reach 250+ charities, community groups, schools & nurseries

In total, The Hub supports an estimated 14,500 people each week
