All meal plans, recipes, images and written content are created by Emily Kerrigan and are for personal, non-commercial use only.
They may not be shared, reproduced, republished or redistributed without permission.

3. Personalised meal plans
Personalised meal plans are created using information you provide via an online questionnaire and are delivered as a one-off service based on that information.
They are designed to support everyday healthy eating and do not replace medical advice.
If you have complex medical conditions, allergies or health concerns, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
I rely on the information you provide being accurate and complete and cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
4. Digital products
All meal plans are delivered digitally.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once content has been delivered or accessed, unless required by law.
5. Consultation services
Nutrition consultations provided by The Oxford Nutritionist are intended to support general health and wellbeing.
Advice is based on the information provided by the client during booking, food diary completion and consultation discussions.
Consultations do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for medical care provided by a GP or other healthcare professional.
Consultation bookings are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms provided at the time of booking.
6. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are delivered digitally and can be redeemed against eligible products or services.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Personalised plans are created subject to availability. If demand exceeds capacity, voucher holders may be placed on a waiting list and contacted as soon as availability allows.
7. Website availability
I aim to keep the website running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
While care is taken to ensure accuracy, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or its content.
